I found a vehicle online listed in their inventory. Someone immediately called me to step up an appointment to look at it the next day. I told them I lived an hour away and I would have to leave work early to make it there before they closed. I called them as I was backing out of my driveway to tell them I was on the way to see the vehicle. "Great. See you then!" As soon as I walked in the building and told them I had an appointment to see the vehicle they told me it sold that morning. I understand they can't take the chance of missing the sale, but they could have called to tell me it sold before I took off work and made the drive out there. They could have cared less about how angry I was. I don't live close so doing business with them in the future was highly unlikely, but it's a guarantee now. This is a perfect example of lack of respect for other people. My time, money, and gas were wasted making the trip to the dealership and all I got was a "eh, sorry..."

We were coming into town for a wedding and our car broke down after the rehearsal dinner. The next morning was the wedding, but we needed to drop off our car to see if it can be fixed since we were leaving the next day. We talked with your Service Manager, Larry. Larry was very sensitive to the situation and got the team to work on the car. After looking at issue and reviewing the warranties, etc., it was determined that it was under warranty, and they had the part in stock! Larry went out of his way to communicate each step until completion. He and the team had the car analyzed, diagnosed, and fixed within the day. During the wedding, we could rest assure that everything was being handled therefore enjoying ourselves. Thanks to Larry and the team for their customer service, understanding, and dedication to making things better! Much appreciated! I highly recommend them!! Star performers!

The dealership was nice, clean, and well put together. The salesman was young and just starting out, he was a little nervous but did fine. The finance guy was great, I told him what I wanted and what I didn’t. He didn’t try to push stuff on me. This leaves the sales manager… Wow, if you are looking for the stereotypical sleazy car salesman, he’s your guy. After we have agreed on the price he tried to charge me for vin etching. When I said no, he said they charge everyone for vin etching and if he didn’t charge me it would be discrimination. Haaaa. I didn’t pay for it.
